Here are two spreadsheets (one blank and one filled) as a zip file. If there is plenty of time (and if I can book two consecutive lessons in the computer room!), I get the pupils to use a variety of food labels to complete the blank sheet and answer the questions from the word document. It involves many skills associated with spreadsheets such as input, sorting and graphing. Otherwise, I provide them with the completed spreadsheet and get them to do as many of the questions as possible. I extend the more able by getting them to double click on the completed charts and suggest that they explore the different ways of formatting the data.
